Monitor Instagram and Facebook notifications for comments, messages, and mentions (posts, stories, reels) 3 times per day (morning, before luch, before EOD) and keep Meta Business Suite inbox cleaned up.

 

 

Respond promptly to customers inquiries, comments, and complaints with personalized and empathetic responses.  

 

 

Engage with followers by liking and commenting on their posts to foster a sense of community.  

 

 

Repost mentions (posts, stories, reels).

 

 

Send DM to the followers to personally thank them for mentioning our products or Brand.
