Where do the orders ship from
Our warehouse is located in Brea, CA

What are your shipping options?
We ship UPS unless you specifically request Fed-X.  We do not ship via USPS.

Where is my order?
If you placed the order through our website, you can go to your account and track your order.  If you placed an order via email or phone, call 800-706-7599 and a Brand Experience representative will assist you.

How do I change the shipping method on the order I just placed?
Email sales@harvestdental.com or call us at 800-706-7599 with your order number to let us know which is the correct shipping method for the order.  If it's after 2 pm PST it may have already shipped, so notify us immediately if a change is needed!

How long will it take my order to reach me?
We like to ship our orders the same day if the order is received before  2 pm PST.  The shipping time depends on where you are located.  See the UPS delivery time chart for estimated shipping times in the following link:  https://www.ups.com/maps/?loc=en_US
