How can I place an order?
1. You can order through our website https://harvestdental.com/

2. Send an email to sales@harvestdental.com including the details for your Product Order and your contact information or attach your P.O as a PDF document and we'll be glad to place the order for you.


3. Call us at 800-706-7599 

What are your payment options?
We accept all major credit cards and if you order online we also accept Google Pay

Do you have minimum order requirements?   
We do not but when ordering online you receive FREE freight on orders over $100

I have a problem, what do I do?
Send an email to sales@harvestdental.com or call us at 800-706-7599 and we'll be glad to assist you!

I need to change my order, what do I do?
Send an email to sales@harvestdental.com or call us at 800-706-7599 with your order number to let us know what needs to be changed in your order. If it's after 2 pm PST it may have shipped, so notify us immediately if a change is needed!

How do I delete a card from my account?
  1. From your Account, go to Settings > Billing
  2. In the Current Billing Cycle section, click Edit Billing Profile.
  3. In the Payment Methods section, click "" next to the payment method that you want to delete,
  4. Click Delete.

How do I add a card to my account?
  1. From your Account, go to Settings > Payments
  2. In the Supported Payment Methods section, click Add Payment Methods. 
  3. Search and select by payment methods or by provider. 
  4. Choose a provider from the search results, 
  5. Click Activate.

What is your return policy?
Send an email to sales@harvestdental.comincluding:
  • PO number, 
  • a brief description of the reason for the return 
  • photos if a product has been received damaged. 

Keep in mind that used or opened products might not be subject to a return.
